- Messages containing disrespectful, inappropriate, or offensive content will not be eligible for refunds Such messages may be removed from our platform without notice
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
